Interdisciplinary Advisory Group
To derive concrete policy and practice recommendations from the project results, the team discusses the following with an interdisciplinary advisory group:
- Which opportunities and challenges arise from the medicalization and psychologization of social problems?
- How can the results of the project be interpreted and which consequences can be inferred?
- Which general recommendations should be taken into account by political and administrative as well as by civil society actors when they are implementing measures?
The advisory group consists of renowned experts of seven relevant scientific disciplines. The research group consults the advisory group in regular meetings on overarching research themes as well as specific methodological questions. Furthermore, the interdisciplinary dialogue should lead to cross-cutting policy recommendations, methods and instruments, which are relevant for further scientific research, policy innovations as well as for the work of civil society organizations.
